Conference Programme
The theme of this important conference is "Changing Bodies, Changing Times," with a focus on aging, longevity, and women's pre- and post-natal health. The conference will be held at the Hilton Hotel on Pitt Street in Sydney.
At this event will be featured the major holistic disciplines of pilates, yoga, and gyrotonics. A broad range of specialist presenters will be giving lectures and workshops throughout the conference, including a case study presentation delivered by leaders in the fields of pilates, physiotherapy, yoga, and osteopathy.

Jillian Hessel, who was one of Carola's students, will inspire you to carry on this tradition by teaching you to perform a detailed postural analysis on your clients. She will then take you through her own B.E.A.M. (Breath/Energize/Align/Move) pre-Pilates Fundamentals on the Mat, followed by classic matwork exercises. |
