CLASS M: Feet First — Alignment, Strength and the Correct Use of the Feet in PilatesThe foot is the foundation of the body. In this workshop, Jillian will teach you essential foot exercises using the Foot Corrector and Toe Corrector, which Mr. Pilates developed specifically for the feet. Correct use of the feet will also be experienced on the Mat, Reformer, Trapeze Table, and Chair. (Prerequisite: Some apparatus experience.) |
