Delve into the history of Joseph Pilates and his effect on five renowned elders. Each elder shared a moment in time with Joe, and their unique experience with him provides the only extensive evidential base for the contemplation and analysis of the Pilates method.

By understanding the insight and wisdom of Ron Fletcher, Kathy Grant, Eve Gentry, Carola Trier, and Romana Kryzanowska, we can identify the underlying philosophy and original intention of Joseph Pilates. Matapalooza!

A triumphal finish photo of the six second-generation teachers who taught a "round robin" mat class called Matapalooza for the closing session of the annual PMA meeting (November 2-5, 2011 in Palm Desert, CA). There were over 300 attendees, all from different teaching lineages, and each of the instructors shared 15 minutes of fame to teach in their own style.
